I design and lead team and leadership offsites that drive clarity, innovation, alignment, and progress. Whether it’s an executive retreat, a cross-functional strategy session, or a team navigating change, my work helps leaders and their teams get focused, clear, connected, and inspired.

These offsites are built on 20+ years of experience: as a leadership coach, a strategist inside high-growth companies, a founder who’s scaled ventures from scratch, and a facilitator trained in design thinking through three years of collaboration with IDEO.

Sample Projects

Twilio – Strategic Innovation for Public Sector Growth
Partnered with product, corporate strategy, and public sector leaders to identify new opportunities where Twilio's technology could address pressing public needs while opening new market segments. Developed concept proposals that bridged social good and business development.

HoneyBook – Executive Offsites for Leadership Alignment
Designed and facilitated two executive leadership offsites for HoneyBook’s five-person C-suite. The first focused on building trust, clarifying roles, and strengthening communication. The second established annual priorities, OKRs, and team workplans to operationalize strategy.

Checkr – Cross-Functional Strategy Sprint
Led a design thinking workshop with leaders from product, communications, and social impact to prototype experiments that advanced company-wide goals. Helped the team identify opportunities for deeper collaboration and more integrated impact across business functions.

City of Santa Ana – Visioning for Downtown Revitalization
Facilitated a multi-stakeholder working group—including city councilmembers, small business owners, city planners, and nonprofit leaders—to develop a shared vision and actionable roadmap for the future of Downtown Santa Ana.

U.S. Department of State – Women’s Economic Empowerment in Central Asia
Worked with State Department officials, Tajikistan-based women entrepreneurs, and local NGOs to co-create a strategy for growing women-led businesses. Led bilingual strategy sessions that resulted in a set of local pilot initiatives and cross-border investment priorities.
